Regan has always been highly analytical, a hands-on problem solver who loves getting to the bottom of things.  How does she describe it? “Well, I’ve been nosy my whole life.

I always want to know what’s going behind the scenes, I want to know what makes things work.” She put that curiosity and drive to work during her 15 years at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where she specialized in property tax research, closing cost analysis, and property claims resolution.

Then, in 2019, she jumped in feet first at PPM, quickly mastering the complexities of low-Income housing tax credit properties, while managing 4 properties, 112 units. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, she oversees day-to-day operations, handling, among other things, swift resolution of resident concerns, investor reporting and compliance, accurate documentation for all units, and team training on database systems. Need we say more? Regan is making sure the trains stay on the tracks.

Every day brings a new challenge—and that’s exactly what she loves about the job. Whether she’s negotiating vendor pricing for an elevator, ensuring partner websites are updated, or handling a midnight plumbing emergency, Regan is on the case.
